NextHome Triangle Properties is owned and operated by Broker/Owner Beth Smoot, a Realtor since 2002 who has sold over $80 million in real estate, after a prior legal career. Our Agent Resource Center is centrally located in Raleigh, near Village District, and offers everything an agent needs to grow their business, be profitable, and be relevant in today’s real estate market.

As part of its commitment to community service, NextHome Triangle Properties actively supports several non-profits including The Green Chair Project, a furnishing assistance program for people transitioning into stable housing which Beth co-founded in 2010. NextHome is committed to supporting it and other non-profit including Saving Grace, Canine Companions for Independence, the Realtor Foundation of Wake County and other causes championed by our agents.

In addition, we love LUKE, a sweet orange French bulldog who is our mascot and makes everyone smile! Luke gets around town, hanging out on the lawn of every new listing and showing up in all of the fun spots in the Triangle, making everyone wonder #WHERESLUKE?
